Israeli sell land in Knez Milosa street in Belgrade for EUR 15,9 m

- The location of MUP has great potential to become a leading destination of Belgrade but as a mixed-purpose building it is outside the focus on entertainment and shopping centers. With management and procurement of permits and plans, we were able to achieve a higher price than EUR 13.5 m which was accounting value of facility- Don Keren, CEO of Plaza Centers said.

However, this sale does not mean that in this part of the capital a shopping mall or a hotel will not be built.
