Miskovic offers EUR 12,5 m for reconstruction of Sava center - Nikola Tesla Airport and Slovenian GGE ESKO send offers as well

Property of Miroslav Miskovic in Novi Beograd could be enlarged for center Sava center if Belgrade accepts his offer for the reconstruction of this facility.

As stated in the offer of Delta Holding, the companyinvest in reconstruction EUR 12.5 m while 12.5 m more would be provided by Sava Centar through loan.

In a letter sent upon non-binding call of the City, Delta claims that reconstruction and equipping could be finished in a year which is for how long the facility would be closed. The first profit is expected after 4 years of operation, thanks to a mysterious expert from USA who is currently working as GM of the largest convention center in the United States and would, upon proposal of Delta, manage Sava Centar. His name, however, is kept secret.
