Israeli company Direct Capital S will build a residential complex of 800 flats in Vojvode Stepe in Vozdovac. The investment "New dom projekt", totals EUR 150 m, a representative of the Israeli investor Gil Dekel says.As reported by Beoinfo, representatives of investors Gil Dekel, Guy Dvorin and Mina Kalezic presented the project to the President of the Temporary authority of Vozdovac, Aleksandar Savic, and were interested in the way municipality Vozdovac can facilitate project start and development.The company recently completed the first stage of the "Central Garden" in Belgrade and started construction of the second stage of this residential and business complex.
