The
lot next to Spens, which is one of the most expensive in Novi Sad in the last
few decades, was sold today at a public auction at the Department for city construction
to Nepi Real Estate Project One.d.o.o from Belgrade at the price of RSD 3.774
billion.
The starting price of RSD 2,5 was exceeded for a billion dinars.
It is a lot of 32,948 square meters next to Spens which comprises present tennis courts, auxiliary stadium, space for athletic training and parking. Future owner will be able to build office building, a shopping mall, up to five floors with total area of 115,318 m2 , which is larger area then Spens ( which has 85,091m2).
