Interest of the British in real estates in Serbia - conference in London

Conference "Real Estate Investment Opportunities in Republic of Serbia" was held in London on November 21, 2007. This even was organized by British-Serbian business council in association with British Embassy to Belgrade and Embassy of Serbia to Great Britain.

Participants in the conference that caused great interest of British businessmen in field of real estates were Nick Groves, Head of trade department of British Embassy to Belgrade, Aleksandar Radulović, adviser in the Ministry of Economy and Regional Development of Republic of Serbia, Vesna Džinić, Manager of Privatization Agency, Slobodanka Prekrajski, adviser in the Agency for City Building Land, as well as representatives of British companies that are already present on the real estate market in Serbia (Clyde&Co LLP, King Sturge).

The theme of the first event of British-Serbian business council of this kind was investment in real estate market in Serbia, due to great interest of British companies. The Council will continue to organize similar events with other themes with the hope that such activities would help further growth of foreign-trade exchange between Great Britain and Serbia.
