Novi Sad sells several city-owned parcels - Starting price for location near Karadjordje stadium set at RSD 2.5 billion
After announcing in the first half of March the sale of 19 city-owned land lots in Adice by public auction, two parcels in Miseluk II for family houses, a land lot at 19 Cika Stevina Street for a residential and business facility, parcels in Evrope Boulevard for gas stations, and two lots at 12 and 14 Strazilovska Street for a residential and business building or a business facility, the City Development Institute of Novi Sad announced the sale of five more land lots on Saturday.
Among these five lots are two 3,185 square meter parcels in Nova Street, in the industrial zone Sever II, for facilities that serve the needs of the tertiary and secondary sector of the economy, and two parcels in Cenej and Rumenka for family houses.
The fifth parcel, which is the most attractive, is situated at the corner of Oslobodjenja Boulevard and Cara Lazara Boulevard in Novi Sad, bordering Karadjordje stadium on one side and Spens on the other.
The surface area of this land lot is 32,948 square meters and it is intended for the construction of a business and residential facility with possible sports and recreational amenities.
Just like all the rest, this land lot too is put up for sale by public auction at a starting price of RSD 2,593,440,711.44. The auction will be held April 20th, and applications for participation are to be submitted one day earlier.
