Novi Sad to get modern industrial zone on 57 ha - Construction of plant hall for Lear is starting in late April

(Novi Sad )Head PC the Bureau for construction of the city "Novi Sad" (ZIG) Dejan Mandic said on Saturday that the most important investment which the City of Novi Sad is planning through the Bureau this year is infrastructural equipping of the industrial zone "Sever 4 ' located along the Belgrade – Subotica highway,

Mandic reminded that the Republic of Serbia, without charge, transferred land on 57 ha to the City of Novi Sad, to equip infrastructure completely and prepare conditions to make the lot a modern industrial zone.

According to him, construction permit for the facility has been obtained for the factory hall which will be built on the basis of a contract with the end user, an American Lear company.
