Green Olive Hotels from Kraljevo interested in facility of former RH Centar at Mount Zlatar

The Green Olive Hotels company from Kraljevo is interested in renting the facility of former RH Centar at Mount Zlatar from the Pension and Disability Insurance (PIO) Fund. This building was closed few years ago due to financial problems and aggregate multimillion debts. The management of the Kraljevo-based company, which is engaged in tourism and hotel business, has informed the owner of that facility and the local self-government about their intentions and business plans.
In order for this former pride of the Novi Varos area to be put back in operation, the municipality of Nova Varos is ready to help the tenant with subsidies for the creation of new jobs and tax reliefs.
