Krusevac-based Stevanovic invest goes under hammer - Price of Baza Bivolje complex estimated at RSD 481 million
Bankruptcy manager of the Krusevac architectural, production and trade company Stevanovic invest in bankruptcy has announced the sale of property of this bankruptcy debtor by public tender.
The subject of sale is all movable and immovable property of that company divided into a total of 11 lots.
Among the assets for sale is the Baza Bivolje complex, which is comprised of production facilities and plants, warehouses, concrete plant, etc. The estimated value of this complex is RSD 481 million.
The company is also selling its land lot in the vicinity of OMV gas station in Krusevac (estimated value - RSD 119 million), a warehouse in Rataje (estimated value - RSD 12.4 million), the Separacija complex in Krusevac (estimated value - RSD 63.9 million), as well as outlets in Aleksandrovac, stock of goods and vehicles.
The deadline to pay a deposit is 13 January 2016, while bids are to be submitted until 19 January 2016.
