Retail Park Shoppi in Subotica opens March 2016
This investment valued at EUR 10 million is very significant for Subotica and is expected to provide jobs for about 250 workers in the initial phase.
The future retail park will offer a diverse range of excellent products, including fashion brands, home decoration products, cutting-edge household appliances and hi-tech equipment.
Shoppi is going to host over 20 international and domestic brands such as H&M, New Yorker, Tom Tailor, Djak Sports, Studio Moderna, Office Shoes, Avenija Caffe, Pilot Toys, Menda, Laguna, Benu, Sportina Multibrend, DM, Panter, Deichmann, Sport Vision, Takko, Diopta and Foody.
All stores will be directly accessible from the central parking lot, which will have a capacity of 300 vehicles, the web portal subotica.com reports.
The contractor is SMB from Subotica, all plans are drawn by Geoexpert, expert supervision is done by the consulting company Tebodin, while leasing and facility management are entrusted to Confluence Property Management.
