International Wellness Group signs contract on acquisition of Igalo-based Simo Milosevic Institute

Representatives of Montenegrin Government, Investment and Development Fund (IDF), Health Insurance Fund and the National Employment Agency have signed today contract on sale of 56,48% of share capital at Institute "Simo Milosevic", with International Wellness group (IWG) from London.

Tender commission for privatization communicated that in line with contract provisions, deadline for fulfillment of previous terms and closing of transaction is six months as of the signing date

In August, the Government approved sale of 56,48% state-owned shares at the Institute to IWG consortium as the only bidder at the fourth tender which offered a bit more than EUR 10 m for majority stake.
