Management in bankruptcy of Budva-based company Maestraltours released an advertisement for the sale of a luxurious Becici-based hotel Mediteran and production and technological equipment at the initial price of EUR 36,9 m.

Apart from the Mediteran hotel, registry lot on 484 m2 for EUR 255.000 and "Cranchi Atlantique 40 yacht for EUR 120.000 is under hammer. 27 Nissan cars for EUR 135.000 is also under hammer, i.e. 5.000 EUR per vehicle.

Total initial price of offered property at Maestraltoursa, ownership of businessman from Budva, Blazo Dedic, totals some EUR 37,41 m.

Offers for Maestraltoursa can be delivered to Podgorica’s Trade court until December 18 at 14 h. Offers will be opened December 22 at ten. Citizens and companies which pay deposit of 5% of initial property price can deliver offers.
