Property of Univerzal banka and Nova Agrobanka under hammer

The Agency for insurance of deposit as trustee in bankruptcy announced sale of real estate at Univerzal banka a.d. Beograd and Nove Agrobanke a.d. Beograd.

The most valuable property under hammer is property of Univerzal banka in bankruptcy whose total value at initial process totals EUR 9 m. The offered real estate list comprises office space at the center of Belgrade – head office of Univerzal banka in Francuska of almost 1.000 m2, at the initial price of EUR 1,1 m. Prodaje se i nekretnina u Dobračinoj od skoro 700 m2, whose initial price is almost EUR 800.000.

Public bids opening will be held September 30 at the offices of the Agency for deposit insurance in Belgrade.
