Heta Asset Resolution AG, an Austrian wind-down company tasked with the disposal of the non-performing portion of Hypo Alpe Adria, has announced the sale of Centrice Real Estate, a company trading in properties in the Balkans.

Heta has invited takeover bids for Centrice Real Estate GmbH (formerly known as Probus Real) and it would like to find a buyer for the complete company, but the Austrian media say Heta is also willing to sell only certain parts of the company.

The deadline to submit an expression of interest is September 15th. Centrice, which is headquartered in Vienna, has branch offices in Ljubljana, Zagreb and Belgrade.

This company owns 31 business properties, 23 of which in Slovenia, five in Croatia, and one in Bosnia-Herzegovina, Macedonia and Serbia.

A shopping center with a surface area of about 340,000 square meters accounts for about two thirds of Centrice's portfolio, while the rest are business buildings.

In Serbia, Centrice owns Belgrade-based Belville Business Center, a business building of somewhat less than 17,000 square meters in New Belgrade.

According to the data on the website, this company should complete the acquisition of Block 67 in the third quarter of this year.
