Novi Beograd to get business complex Sirius - In Block 43, some EUR 40 m will be invested (PHOTO)

(Future "Sirius") In Block 43 in Novi Beograd, at the corner of Bulevara Milutina Milankovca and Ulice antifasisticke borbe, Immorent Singidunum is building more than 40.000m2 of office and hotel complex. As investors confirmed for eKapija, works on the first stage of the complex will start in August this year and completion is expected in the first months 2017.

The complex is called Sirius, and facilities it comprises Sirius A and Sirius B in line with the binary star system. Both projects, with nine levels each, will have a total of 29.420 m2 on floors above ground as well as common underground garage. The garage will have 339 underground and ground parking places.

Since implementation is split in two stages, the first one comprises constriction of 18.607 m2 gross area on floors above the ground level and a common garage with somewhat more than 8.000 m2 and 180 places.

When it comes to office space, both buildings will have first-class offices with 6 independent units and an area of 230 m2 to 2.192 m2.

(Future complex) The complex comprises two facilities, business and hotel one with common underground garage on two levels. It is located at excellent location, ear interior main ring, with quality roads with the city center and airport. Attractive design, architectonic conception nriched with pedestrian square, with modern materials and high level of energy efficiency will make this complex attractive for local and foreign users and fulfill business environment of Novi Beograd.

The entire investment is estimated at EUR 40 m.

The main design was developed by Belgrade-based "Projmetal". Designer of the solution is Jurgen Edlinger from Vienna. CRE International will perform technical control of the Main design, Authorized distributor for commercial agency"Jones Lang LaSalle".
