Kuwait-based Alghanim National is building spa resort in Becej - Investment totals USD 120 m

Minister of trade, Zeljko Sertic, on behalf of the Government of Serbia, signed Memorandum of understanding between the Republic of Serbia and "Alghanim National Co." from Kuwait, "Arab-invest" d.o.o from Novi Sad and Becej municipality on Friday (May 8, 2015).

The Ministry of trade announced it is a project of construction of spa and tourist complex with hotel and resort, entertainment park, restaurants as well as with conference capacities, office space, villas, suites, marines, shopping malls and other facilities and capacities.

The investment totals USD 120 m and the investor is planning to hire Serbian companies on construction and equipping of tourist complex.

Apart from Sertic, Memorandum was signed by the head of "Alghanim National Co." Bashir Abdul Magid Alghanem, founder of "Arab-investa" d.o.o. Naser Zatam and the president of Becej municipality, Vuk Radojevic.
