.Spanish investor interested in construction of hotel in Belgrade

Tourist organization of Belgrade presented tourist offer of Belgrade and Serbia at the international fair of tourism, FITUR 2015 in Madrid, one of the biggest fairs of that kind in the world, TOB communicated.

As it was stated at the Beoinfo website, the appearance of the Tourist organization of Belgrade attracted huge attention of both tourist agencies and tour operators and media. Talks of managers of TOB, Miodrag Popovic with the owner of Indudeco, Xavier Peres, which is interested in construction i.e. reconstruction of the buildings in Belgrade which would be turned into hotels were especially important. It is an important investor from Alicante, which implements similar investments in Spain, China, Hong Kong and Brazil.

The head, Miodrag Popovic, had separate meetings with heads of delegations of Slovakia, Georgia, Kostarika, Andorra as well as with representatives of the hotel chain Intercontinental and Etihad Airways. .

Since June 2 this year, opening of air line of Vueling Airlines at the Belgrade–Barcelona flight was announced for three times a week as well as option of opening of air traffic with Madrid of our national airline.
