Yu Briv buys Teuta hotel in Risan for EUR 6,51 m

Yu Briv delivered the offer for the purchase of the Teuta hotel in Risan which is the ownership of the hotel-tourist company, Onogost.

Trustee in bankruptcy, Dragan Smolovic, said for Mina-business agency that Yu Briv offered EUR 6,5 m for Teuta.

There were no offers, as he added, for the Onogost hotel in Niksic.

At 17th public auction for the sale of the remaining property at Onogost, the initial price for the Onogost hotel totaled 2, 5 mil EUR, and EUR 6,5 m for Teuta.

Kotor-based Yu Briv is a specialized, hydro construction company. One of the best known projects they are working on now is the Porto Montenegro complex where they are hired on deign, reconstruction of construction of different facilities.
