December 2, 2014 to see new opportunity for the Tamis hotel

After a number of unsuccessful sales, shareholder company Sloboda, in bankruptcy, published a new tender for the Tamis hotel. The hotel is to be sold through public offers collection and delivery deadline is December 2, 2014 until 2 p.m. The offers opening will be held the same day at the offices of the Agency for Privatization, at Terazije street no. 23 in Belgrade.

The estimated value totals somewhat more than RSD 644,436 m and it is not minimally accepted or in any other way obliging.

The Tamis hotel was firstly at an auction for sale and then it was decided to change method. Still, all tenders have been unsuccessful so far.
