Mica Micic was born in 1946 in Rozanstvo, the municipality of Cajetina. Mr. Micic graduated from the Faculty of Economics in Kragujevac in 1971. He is married with two children.

After graduation, he worked at the Uzice Chamber of Commerce for ten years and then became a financial manager of the company Putevi from Uzice in Iraq, where he stayed for two years. He has been at the helm of MPP Jedinstvo ad Sevojno since 1984.

As an affirmed entrepreneur, Mr. Micic has won the highest awards and certificates of regional, national and federal chambers of commerce. He is a member of the association of the most successful businessmen of Serbia - Serbian Business Club Privrednik, since its establishment. Being a successful manager, for many years he was elected chairman of the boards of the following companies: Uzice Health Center, VC Jedinstvo, Palisad Hotel Zlatibor, Granit-Pescar Ljig and the Association of Construction Installers within the Serbian Chamber of Commerce.

As a long-time director and majority shareholder of MPP Jedinstvo AD Sevojno, Mr. Mica Micic takes the most credit for achieving above-average results in management in the company that has developed into a leader in the field of water supply, heating, gas supply in this country and abroad. The system of Jedinstvo has over seven hundred permanent employees and six hundred temporary workers. Company has an annual turnover of over EUR 50 million, of which EUR 20 million from overseas operations. It also continuously achieves annual profits of over EUR 3 million.

In addition to its heavy investment in the development of the company, Jedinstvo is a socially responsible company that allocates a substantial portion of the funds for the education of young people and the development of culture, sports and social activities in our country.

Since 6 June 2012 Mr. Micic is the chairman of the Supervisory Board of MPP Jedinstvo and the chairman of the Jedinstvo Group.
