Nikola Seneši, Management partner in a consultant group Wolf McGill

Nikola Senesi is a financial expert, specialized in real estate investment management. He possesses wide experience in South-East Europe and was engaged as a chief, adviser and partner in many real estate businesses in the region. Specialized in financial engineering of complex proprietary models with focus on multifunctional property portfolio, big hotels management and retailing, Mr. Senesi has developed several methods of assessment that are in accordance with business and legal frames in Serbia.

At the moment, Mr. Senesi is working as a Management partner in a consultant group Wolf McGill, specialized in real estate markets in South-East Europe. He has worked as a Deputy of General Director in CBRE, General Director in Silverleaf Investment Fund Serbia, Financial Director in Oracle Serbia and Financial controller in Societe Generale Bank.
