Kamil Beffa,

Kamil Beffa was born on March 3, 1972. He graduated from Ecole Polytechnique and Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées (Paris) and earned his Master degree in economy from EHESS (Paris).

After working for the oil major Total on several assignments abroad between 1996 and 2001 in drilling operations, Kamil Beffa worked 3 years as a consultant with McKinsey & Company for major industrial companies on key strategic, organizational or operational issues.

He then joined Lafarge in the cement division, first as strategy and development manager for the Central Europe - CIS region, and took over the position of general manager of Lafarge in Serbia in October 2005.
