Italians want to invest in breeding of 50.000 pigs in Serbia

Renowned Italian pigs and meat producer Adriano Ferrari Farm from Calabria is planning to invest in Serbia into breeding of 50.000 pigs and production of cattle food.

Ferrari’s representatives announced during the visit to the Serbian Chamber of Commerce where they were gathering information in terms of business in our country, especially in cattle breeding, fruit and vegetables growing where they are planning to invest.

Adriano Ferrari Farm is a renowned Italian producer of pigs and meat products and its members cover entire technological chain, from corn production and cattle food, cattle breeding, their own bio-gas energy sections, slaughter plants and meat products processing.

Representatives of the group toured Dragan Markovic from Obrenovac and Bolec-based PKB Plantaze.

These companies have fields and facilities and capacities to modernize them with the Italian technology and become profitable units which would hire qualified manpower, it was published at the SCC website.
