IBRD to provide Serbia a loan for health totaling EUR 29, 1 m
Serbia will get very favorable loan from the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD) totaling EUR 29,1 m which will be used for procurement of radioactive therapies accelerator as well as for development of drugs procurement efficiency, the head of the Public Debt Directorate, Branko Drcelic.
The loan repayment will, as he said, start August 1, 2019 in 20 equal semi-year installments.
According to him, further implementation of DGS technique which refers to more quality health care at primary and secondary level is planned.
The Board for finance, the republic budget and public assets consumption control has adopted at today’s meeting basically the proposal to the Law on confirmation of the Agreement on loan (the second project of health development in Serbia) between the Republic of Serbia and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development.
