Graditelj NS starts work totaling EUR 5,12 m- Contract on construction of collector and main water supply system in Subotica signed

Deputy GM at PC Vodovod i kanalizacija, Caba Santa and GM at Novi Sad-based construction company, Graditelj NS, Ljupko Kalaba, signed the contract on construction of two collectors and the central main water supply system.

The project totals EUR 5, 12 m and deadline is 23 months.The mayor of Subotica, Jene Maglai , outlined that the project is funded through the loan of EUR 11 m, which Subotica took from EBRD. Primarily, it was planned this stage to cost EUR 6,6 m but through the selection of the most favorable bidder lower price was secured, Maglai said.

The construction of the collector which is more than five kilometers long will enable connecting to the sewerage system parts of the town which have not been possible to connect so far. The beginning of the works, in line with the contract, is 50 days as of the signing date.
