Government of Slovenia sells 39% of assets of company "Telekom Slovenija"
Slovenian Government has decided to sell a part of the State-owned share in "Telekom Slovenija" and the tender for collecting of bids will be most probably announced in July 2007 – the Minister of Economy, Andrej Vizjak, announced.
The plan is that 39% of the company be sold and the State wants to keep the strategic share of 25% plus one stock at the end of the process.
The advantage will be given to the mutual ownership binding, that is, those bidders who let "Telekom Slovenija" enter their ownership structure.
