The state is looking for privatization model together with companies – As of August 25, meetings with representatives of the companies RTB Bor, Magnohrom, IMR, etc.

As of Monday, August 25, the cycle of intensive meetings with management and trade union representatives within its responsibility aiming at finding the best privatization model.

The managements and trade unions, as it was announced from the Agency, were invited to communicate their opinion and suggestions and to actively participate in the selection of privatization solutions which is a new thing since privatization in Serbia starts.

For the first week, August 25-28, meetings were scheduled with representatives of 65 companies, RTB Bor, Magnohrom, IMR and Budimka among others.

Companies are currently carrying out inventories and estimation of fair property market value, debts and capital and they are delivered to the Agency by September 29.

The Agency will deliver its suggestions to the Ministry of trade by October 30, it was stated in the announcement.
