Since ’80s of the XX century, the first new skyscraper has been built in Monaco. When it is completed next year, the Tour Odeon complex which will be the second tallest building at the Mediterranean coast will comprise a penthouse on 3.250m², world media reported.

That kind of splendor is of course followed by the price so it was estimated that a new owner could pay USD 400m for this kind of place which would make this penthouse the most expensive in the world CNBC reports.
