PKB sells construction land in Padinska Skela

PKB Korporacija in restructuring announced the sales of real estate in Padinska Skela in the Industrial zone through collecting written offers.

The subject of the sales is a real estate registry lot in Kovilovo on 9 ares and 86 m2 and the minimal price is 30 EUR/m2, then the lot on 3 ares and 23m2 at the same price as well as two lots on 22 ares and 22m2 and 28 ares an 86 m2 atthe price of 30 EUR/m2.

The sales of the lab at minimum 980,899 EUR/m2 has also been announced. Lotsof 10 ares and 82 m2 at minimum 30EUR/m2, then land on 24 ares and 9 m2 with three administration buildings and theprice of 162,449 EUR/m2, and a lot on 23ares and 91 m2 at minimum 30 EUR/m2 have been announced.

The deadline for submission of written offers is August 11, 2014 until 4p.m. and public opening of the offers is scheduled for August 14, 2014 at 12.
