Italian 'Cimolai' will lease Smederevo 'Zelvoz' Plant

Smederevo Mayor, Jasna Avramovic, announced today that the Italian company 'Cimolai' will take a lease on one of 'Zelvoz' plants in the coming week, as it was written of the city's official website.
This investor is coming thanks to the consulting company 'Aliquo Investments', which is acting as 'her adviser in bringing down Italian investors', said Avramovic.
'Cimolai' is on of the leading Italian companies for manufacture of metal structures.
- Draft agreement is finished, the only thing left is the approval by the Privatization Agency and during the next year we expect signing of the Contract. In the first phase of resolving restructuring problems in 'Zelvoz' will be hired 450 people, primarily people already employed in 'Zelvoz', pointed out the Mayor.
