New aqua park in Montenegro - Ulcinj will have a 'water city' worth 5 million EUR

Ulcinj Municipality Parliament has reached a decision to lease land for building a 'water city', aqua park in Stoj.
The land on 27.000 m2 is leased on 30 years period. The starting price for lease will be 1,1 eur per square meter.
The Mayor of Ulcinj, Fatmir Djeka, stated that in this way they had sent a good message to investors.
- Ulcinj will become a city with the largest and most attractive aqua park in the region, said Djeka, adding that the project worth around 5 million EUR will be started in October, and will be ended by April, next year, according to 'Vijesti' news reporting from Ul-info portal.
One part of Parliament members of Ulcinj Municipality has protested, because according to their words, the mentioned land is the subject of restitution and there is a number of other locations in Ulcinj which can be leased for that purpose.

According to Montenegro media, the investor has been known for a while already, and that is the Turkish company 'Polin', with 2.500 aqua parks in the world.
