Everybody heard of Formula1, 2 and 3. Nobody heard for these young people and they, with minimal budget and a lot of energy, succeeded in achieving a miracle. Serbia cannot fail because it has fantastic engineers –Milorad Milovancevic, Dean of the Faculty of Mechanical engineering said.

The Road arrow team leader, an assistant at the Faculty of Mechanical engineering, Predrag Mrdja, showed to the gathered ones an extensive book of rules which students had to stick to during the racing car construction, adding that even the smallest deviation from the rules would cause elimination.
