"Energoprojekt" expects business operations worth USD 1 billion by the end of 2014
"Energoprojekt Holding" (ENHL) expects its arranged business operations in the country and abroad to excess one billion dollars, said today a CEO of "Energoprojekt" Vladimir Milovanovic. One of the most significant projects is development of power distribution system in Katar, valued over a billion dollars. Serbian construction giant is hired as a consultant, on behalf of and for the account of investors, to lead a project, explained Milovanovic for the Tanjug.
When it comes to domestic market, in the week to come "Energoprojekt" will sign a contract to continue construction works on railway station "Prokop" in Belgrade, having a EUR 25 million support from Kuwait Fund for Arab Economic Development, reminded Milovanovic. There is also a construction of the road section on Corridor XI, funded by Chinese loan, where "Energoprojekt" builds 24 km of the highway section Lajkovac-Ljig, worth USD 155 million, said the first man of the company.
- Simultaneously with an increase of business operations at home grows its business potential to obtain new ventures abroad, as well. We have already affirmed some negotiations with investors in Kazakhstan, Russia and African countries, where we already operate, said Milanovic.

Milovanovic said that "Energoprojekt" finishes a hospital construction in Kazakhstan for a private investor, which is valued a bit less than USD 30 million. This company also builds a complex of buildings for entertainment and fun, containing several restaurants and clubs, for a private investor, as well.
"Energoprojekt" operates in the Russian market at several locations, on "Hyatt Regency" hotel construction in Rostov on the Don River, on a residential area construction in Sinstikar, on a Gazprom company building in the town of Uhta and an oil depot in Astrahan, said Milovanovic and announced "more good news" in the future.
Considering African market, "Energoprojekt" is present in Algeria, Ghana, Nigeria, Uganda, Zambia and Zimbabwe, added Milanovic.
