Company "B92" has asked the Council of the REpublic Radio-diffusion Agency to issue permit for new additional capitalization.

The new co-owner of "ninety two" should become Swedish Investment Fund "East Capital", of which councilor for the region of the Balkans was Carl Bilt, the current Head of Swedish diplomacy.

The new change in the ownership structure, through additional capitalization, was requested by "B92" soon after the company of Slobodan Vučićević, "Dexy co", became the co-owner of 10% of stocks of this media company through additional capitalization worth 2.3m EUR.

With the entrance of Swedish fund "East Capital" into "B92", the ratio between the domestic and foreign capital, stipulated by the law, would not be violated, and the investments of Swedish Investment Fund would be smaller than the ones invested by company "Dexy co".

By the way, the Law stipulates that all broadcating companies, which obtained licenses, must ask RRA for permission even for the slightest change in the ownership structure.
