Four companies interested in Belgrade Fair

The letters of intent for procurement of the Belgrade Fair have been delivered by four companies, among which is Austrian organizer of trade and consumer exhibitions "Reed Exhibitions". The Manager of the Belgrade Fair, Anđelko Trpković, said that the first phase of privatization of the Belgrade Fair was underway.

- In cooperation with the Ministry of Economy and the PRivatization Agency, we work on the discovery of the best model that will make it possible for the Belgrade Fair to become the center of the exhibiting industry in southeast Europe - said he.

Matijas Limbek, the Manager of company "Reed Exhibitions", confirmed that that company had sent the letter of intent to the Ministry of Economy of Serbia, in which it has expressed the interest in privatization of the Belgrade Fair. Limbek pointed out that that Austrian company, if it became the new owner of the Belgrade Fair, would invest most of the money in the modern and functional infrastructure.
