Dinner to honor business women organized at French Embassy in Belgrade

French Ambassador to Serbia Francois-Xavier Deniau organized a lunch on March 21 to honor successful women in the economy sector.

On that occasion, the representatives of the Association of Business Women of Serbia, the French-Serbian Chamber of Commerce, successful female entrepreneurs and economic journalists spoke about the position of women in Serbia with a special focus on the economy and the potential for joining their forces and overcoming the problems they face.

Sanja Popovic Pantic, the president of the Association of Business Women of Serbia, took this opportunity to present this association, its current projects and future steps.

Apart from the president of the Association of Business Women of Serbia, Ambassador Francois Xavier Deniau also received Olivera Popovic, the vice president of the Association, Bel Medic CEO Jasmina Knezevic, Sanja Ivanic, the director of the French-Serbian Chamber of Commerce, Viva Fruit CEO Dragana Nikosavic, IEL`s founder Natasa Lazarevic, Business Info Group CEO Biljana Stepanovic, and Marija Kambic, the editor of the eKapija web portal.

At the lunch, French Embassy`s Political Adviser Jerome Kelle, Economic Adviser Pierre Grandjouan and Marijana Petrovic, an intern, spoke about Serbia`s economic potential and opportunities for cooperation with France.
