5000 new pallet places for food industry - Milsped expands storage capacity

For the reasons of constant growth in cooperation volume with existing and new clients, Milsped has enlarged its warehousing capacities intended for food industry. The number of pallet places has been increased from 14,500 to 19,500 whereas 4,000 of which is on temperature regime 4-18 °C, Milsped said in a release.

This warehouse space expansion with provided severely controlled conditions of required temperature and environment humidity was an investment of approximately half million euro, it is underlined in the release.

- Value added services such as co-packing and labeling are provided with new machines in the space and environment of temperature regimes suitable for usual warehousing of food products. This procedure, in combination with regular measures and procedures, eliminates the possibility of risking changes in product quality - the release reads.

When it comes to warehouse capacities, let us remind of the fact that in September 2013 Milsped opened a new facility in Krnjesevci covering 17,000 m² of surface. It is one of the cutting-edge warehouse-distribution centers of the kind in this region, and is used for the requirements of clients from several different industries.
