Managers of Directorate for Privatization of RS and "Telekom Srbije" to sign contract on procurement of 65% of assets of "Telekom Srpske" on January 19

The contract on sale of 65% of State-owned assets of "Telekom Srpske" to company "Telekom Srbije" will be officially signed in Banja Luka tomorrow (January 19, 2007) in the presence of the highest officials of the two governments.

The spokesperson of the Directorate for Privatization of RS, Slavica Škoro, said that the contract would be signed by the Manager of the Directorate for Privatization, Vladimir Mačkih, and the Manager of "Telekom Srbije" Draško Petrović. Škoro pointed out that, following the signing of the contract, the REgulatory Agency for Communications and Competitive Council of BIH would be asked to give consent.
