Serbian Railways to sign final documents on March 6 for Russian loan for reconstruction of 112-kilometer railroad on Corridor X
Serbia's railway company Serbian Railways has announced that it will tomorrow sign an annex to two agreements on the Russian loan for the reconstruction and modernization of six stretches of railroad on Corridor X with a total length of 112 kilometers.
The annex to these agreements will be signed by Serbian Railways General Manager Dragoljub Simonovic and Sergey Pavlov, the general manager of RZD International, which is the Russian national railway company in charge of the project implementation.
Thanks to the Russian loan, work on Corridor X will first start on stretches Ruma - Golubinci (about 18 kilometers long), Sopot Kosmajski - Kovacevac (18.4 kilometers long), and Mala Krsna - Velika Plana.
