The Leskovac City Council adopted Friday (21 February 2014) a draft decision to exempt the Turkish investor Jeanci, which intends to build a jeans factory in that city, from the building land development fee.
According to the draft decision that is now pending approval of the City Assembly of Leskovac, Jeanci Srbija would be freed from the obligation to pay the building land development fee in the amount of RSD 6.5 million. In that way, the local self-government would provide a significant support to the reduction of expenses of the construction of aforementioned facility for stone-washing jeans.
The web portal eKapija already wrote earlier about the problems that the Jeanci company is facing in Leskovac.
