RFP for aqua park construction in Vrnjacka Banja as early as in mid-March - Investor from Europe ready to invest EUR 4 million

Vrnjacka Banja Mayor Boban Djurovic has confirmed that the construction of aqua park in that spa resort is getting closer.

- Following the adoption of the Detailed Regulation Plan, the municipality will issue a notice of lease of the space as early as in the second half of March. There is a serious European investor who has already offered to pay EUR 4 million. Interest has also been expressed by companies from the UAE, Azerbaijan, Russia and Italy - Djurovic told the daily Blic.
The web portal eKapija has recently written about this investment. According to the Detailed Regulation Plan for Raj Sports Center, which is currently on public display, the aqua park and sports fields will be built on high plain above the bus station and the Vrnjacka River. The entire complex will cover a surface area of about 50,000 square meters.
