Romanian company Kuprom, which offered 400m USD for procurement of Mining-Smeltery Basin Bor, has been officially declared the first-ranked bidder. The second-ranked is consortium ORN Invest fund and East point from Cyprus with offer in amount of 340.1m USD, while the third is Amalco from Cyprus with 288m USD.
