Austria earmarks EUR 1 million for employment project in Apatin and Surdulica
Over the next three years the Austrian government will finance the employment project in two municipalities in Serbia - Apatin and Surdulica. Future partners have made their cooperation official by signing an agreement in Novi Sad.
The Austrian government has set aside EUR 1 million for this project. According to Apatin Mayor Dr. Zivorad Smiljanic, the primary aim of the project is to secure funds for the employment of endangered citizens.
The project should facilitate the employment of people of Surdulica and Apatin as well as make it possible for Austrian companies, prospective investors, to learn more about Apatin's business environment.
