'Triglav' negotiates about taking over DDOR

'Tirglav insurance' administration has recently entered negotiations with the Italian group 'UnipolSai' about purchase of the Serbian DDOR company which is currently facing sharp fall in the number of policies and which was already a point of interest in the past for 'Triglav', says Ljubljana based 'Dnevnik'.
After 'Triglav' dropped out from the race for purchase of 'Croatia insurance' in spite of having given the best offer, according to some unofficial information, Slovenian insurance has started preparations for taking over Serbian DDOR. The newspaper's source says that 'Triglav' administration, led by Andrej Slapar, has already had first negotiations with the representatives of the Italian insurance group 'UnipolSai', which owns the third largest Serbian insurance company.
The goal is to have the growth and development of the group in the markets of former Yugoslavian states. The negotiations are still in the starting phase, and some serious talks should begin in February or March.

'Triglav' administration didn't want to comment this information. The only thing they stated was that according to their strategy until 2017, 'Triglav' group should accomplish growth and development in the markets of the former Yugoslavian states.
