Four bids for KAP

All four bids for the acquisition of Podgorica Aluminum Plant (KAP) will be opened in public on Friday, January 10th.

The media in Podgorica report that two of these four bids had been submitted by local companies Uniprom from Niksic and Politropus Alternativa from Tivat.

- Bids will be opened in public on January 10th, and then we will officially learn who submitted them - said KAP Bankruptcy Manager Veselin Perisic.

On December 6th, the bankruptcy management published a notice of sale of KAP's property at the starting price of about EUR 52 million.

After the bids are opened in public on January 10th, Perisic will have eight days to pick the best bidder and declare the winner.
