Machines for the factory of kitchen furniture in Jagodina have arrived from the Italian company, `Mobil Gruppo Turi`, and their assembling has already been started.
- 17 tugboats have arrived with the latest machines for manufacture of kitchens, and some of them have already been assembled, said Zoran Stojkovic, manager for Serbia of `Mobil Gruppo`.
The first quantities of the raw and refined plywood, the basic goods for manufacture of kitchens, have also arrived from the factory `Kronospan SRB` from Lapovo, Stojkovic said.
He added that the Italians have taken on lease exhibit premises in Cocetova Street, in a building near FK Jagodina stadium, which they adapted for their products from the new factory in Jagodina.
- `Mobil Gruppo Turi Cucin` is a family company which is starting its manufacture in Jagodina in `Barutana` plant of 2.000 sqm, bought by Jagodina city from the Serbian Army.
The plant has been entirely renovated and adapted for manufacture, as well as objects in its surroundings which will be used by administration, said Stojkovic.
For the start, 150 workers will be hired and 700 kitchens for exporting will be manufactured on daily basis. Larger quantities have already been agreed with buyers from Russian Federation.
