AIK bank to enter strategic partnership only with foreign investors

Director of AIK bank, Ljubiša Jovanović, announced that that bank would enter strategic partnership only with a foreign investor that would enable its business breakthrough outside the borders of Serbia and Montenegro.

AIK bank, which disposes of healthy capital and great respect, seeks for the partner whose ambitions would be much bigger that those of the foreign banks that took over businesses of the domestic financiers on our market. Its aim is expansion of the branch office network, i.e. uniting of minor domestic banks and connecting of such banking system to a strong partner. In that way, AIK bank would realize its final goal - inclusion in the big and completed financial system of Serbia.

For the sake of realization of its ambitious plans, AIK bank will insist on its technical-technological modernization, organization and broadening of new banking services and increase in capital for the sake of the market expansion. AIK bank has already set aside 300 million CSD from the last-year profit for the introduction of electronic banking, which will cut administrative businesses to a minimum.
