Government appoints Aca Markovic as chairman of EPS Supervisory Board

Aca Markovic, the last chairman of the Managing Board of the Electric Power Company of Serbia (EPS), has been named the chairman of the Supervisory Board of that company by the Serbian government, EPS said in a release today.

New members of the EPS Supervisory Board are Aleksandar Trifunovic, Dejan Trifunovic, Jelena Matejic (as an independent member), and Aleksandar Jokic (as the representative of all employees).

In line with the Law on Public Companies, the EPS Managing Board shall cease to exist with the appointment of the EPS Supervisory Board.
