A shirt factory that is going to employ 120 people was opened Saturday (30 November 2013) in Zubin Potok.
The factory called Javor was opened by Aleksandar Vulin, the minister without portfolio responsible for Kosovo-Metohia.
- If a factory employing 120 people was opened anywhere in central Serbia, it would be a great success, but opening it in Kosovo is a real miracle - said Vulin, who thanked investors and the local self-government.
Javor had been in operation until 2004, when it was closed. As Vulin noted, this factory used to employ 240 women working in three shifts. Javor's employees will now work in three shifts.
