Top eight public-private partnership projects in Serbia presented to investors
At the fourth annual PPP summit held at Hyatt Hotel in Belgrade, representatives of eight cities and municipalities in Serbia had their first meetings with potential investors.
The summit brought together high representatives of government and international institutions, business leaders, mayors and experts from the country and abroad to discuss the opportunities and future of public private partnership in Serbia.
The top eight public private partnership projects are as follows:
Doljevac - Construction of Rekovac shopping and market center (investment valued at EUR 850,000)
Kanjiza - Construction of an agricultural logistics and distribution center (EUR 2.5 million)
Nis - Construction of a production and educational viticulture center (EUR 700,000)
Nova Varos - Construction of a biomass-powered CHP plant (EUR 10.5 million)
Prijepolje - Construction of a regional cold storage plant (EUR 1.6 million)
Raska - Construction of a recycling yard (EUR 142,000)
Tutin - Construction of a processing center for forest fruits and herbs (EUR 263,000)
Zrenjanin - Reconstruction of Rusanda spa resort (EUR 5.5 million)
